PURPOSE: A burglarproof device of a spare tire for a commercial vehicle is provided to prevent robbery of the spare tire, prevent lowering of the exterior view, and prevent noise during traveling. CONSTITUTION: A burglarproof device of a spare tire for a commercial vehicle comprises a shaft gear(21) spaced apart from a fitting groove(11a) combined with a fitting protrusion(1a) of a dedicated tool(1); a ratchet plate(23) forming a gear hole(23a) with gear grooves in the inner peripheral surface, to be engaged with the shaft gear, and having plural assembling holes(23b) and a key assembly(22) in the circumferential direction of the gear hole; and an extension mounting bracket(3) forming a through hole(3a) through which an extension shaft(11) passes and having plural assembling protrusions(3b) inserted in the assembling holes and a key assembly groove(3c) in which the rear portion of the key assembly is inserted, in the circumferential direction of the through hole. The extension shaft passes through the shaft gear. The extension shaft is prevented from rotating without removing the locked state of the key assembly. Thus, robbery of the spare tire is prevented.
