PURPOSE: A cooling or heating seat for a vehicle is provided to improve comfortableness for passengers by transmitting cool air or hot air to the body of the passenger on the seat directly with moving various temperature actuating fluid through the seat. CONSTITUTION: A cooling or heating seat of a vehicle comprises a circulating pipe(4) zigzagged in a seat, and composed of an inlet pipe(5), an outlet pipe(6) and a first temperature sensor(7); a thermostat(8) connecting to the outlet pipe of the circulating pipe to flow actuating fluid, the side of a circulating pump(9) and an actuating fluid supply tank(11), and having a second temperature sensor(10); and a control unit(13) outputting an electric signal to the pump, and electrically connecting to first, second and third temperature sensors and the thermostat. Comfortableness is improved by transferring cool or hot air to the body of the passenger on the seat directly.
