ADSORPTION HEAT TRANSFER SENSING SYSTEM FOR ADSORPTION TYPE AIR DRYER

PURPOSE: An adsorption heat transfer sensing system for adsorption type air dryer is provided which reduces operation cost by measuring temperature change at two points inside tower being dried, thereby reducing compressed air amount or energy consumption required for drying and regenerating adsorbent. CONSTITUTION: In a demand control type adsorptive air dryer used to remove vapor contained in compressed air, the adsorption heat transfer sensing system for adsorption type air dryer comprises a temperature sensing sensor(10) installed at two points inside tower; a temperature comparison part(20) for analyzing temperature transfer inside the tower by comparing temperature sensed at the temperature sensing sensor(10); a program control part(30) for performing tower conversion at a proper tower conversion time point by data transmitted from the temperature comparison part(20); a data processing part(40) for controlling operation of various valves to be operated along with tower conversion; and a graphic display part(50) for easily discriminating process proceeded in the tower with the naked eye.
