PURPOSE: A variable leveling valve apparatus of a vehicle is provided to improve steering stability and driving experience by regulating flow of compressed air from an air spring with adjusting the opening degree between an elongated groove and a sealing member and by reducing stabilizing time of the vehicle body according to rolling in turning. CONSTITUTION: A variable leveling valve system comprises an air spring arranged between an axle and a vehicle body; a leveling valve(22) regulating flow direction of compressed air supplied to or discharged from the air spring according to the position of the axle; and a flow regulating unit regulating the flow of compressed air per hour corresponding to operation of the leveling valve. A control unit(60) receives travel information from a vehicle speed sensor(62) detecting vehicle speed, a vehicle height sensor(64) detecting the height of the vehicle and a steering angle sensor(66) detecting the steering angle, and controls the flow regulating unit. Driving experience and steering stability are improved by adjusting the restoring time of the vehicle body with regulating the flow rate of compressed air.
