PURPOSE: Provided is a syringe with injection united as one which lets force sent to a working rod through a working grip so that it helps users to inject injection with less force without vibrating the working rod vertically. CONSTITUTION: The syringe with the injection united as one comprises the parts of: a holder(30) which consists of a holder part(31) to include the syringe and a support part(32) to support the holder part; a main body(10) which consists of a sliding guide part(11), a grip(12) and a fixing part for the syringe holder(13); the working rod(40) which is placed inside the sliding guide part with having a head part(41) held at front lateral part of the sliding guide part to restrict backward movement; the working grip(20) which is combined with rear edge of the working rod; a recovery spring for the working rod(60) which lets elastic power applied to the working rod in a backward projection direction of the sliding guide part; a rotation preventer for the working rod which prevents the working rod from being rotated against the sliding guide part; and a locker for the holder which blocks the holder from being rotated when the holder part of the holder is located in the same concentric axis as the sliding guide part.
