PURPOSE: A capacity variable swash plate compressor is provided to considerably simplify assembling processes for a driving shaft of an inclined plate and to transmit the rotatory power of the driving shaft to the inclined plate through a lug plate and directly transmit the rotatory power through the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION: A capacity variable swash plate compressor comprises first and second slots(152,154) formed at a driving shaft(150) to mutually cross along an axial direction, an inclined plate, of which a side of an edge is hinge-combined with a lug plate to control the inclination for the axial direction of the driving shaft, comprising a boss(173) having a driving shaft penetrating hole(173a) inserted with the driving shaft, an inclined plate hub(172) having a pair of first pin holes(173b) formed where the boss corresponds to the first slot and a pair of second pin holes(173c) formed where the boss corresponds to the second slot, and an inclined plate(176) combined to an outer peripheral surface of the boss and connected with pistons at an outer diameter. Therefore, the inclined plate controls the inclination for an axial direction of the driving shaft and combines with the driving shaft to directly receive the rotatory power of the driving shaft by combining three connecting pins(156) over mutually confronted slots and pin holes.
