PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of yellow soil dyes is provided. And a dyeing method using the same is characterized by reducing a dyeing process, dyeing efficiently, increasing dyeability and increasing quality. CONSTITUTION: Yellow soil dyes are obtained by the steps of: grinding 120kg of yellow soil in order; washing the ground yellow soil to remove impurities; grinding the yellow soil in water; casting supernatant generated by precipitation, followed by breaking sediment with a liquid crusher; putting a dispersing agent of 3g per 1L, followed by mixing them; and extracting 1000L of supernatant generated by precipitation. A dyeing method using the same comprises the steps of: putting fabric, the yellow soil dyes and a binder, followed by operating a dyeing apparatus; rising temperature to 60-95deg.C slowly to create desirable color; and then washing and drying the fabric. |
