PURPOSE: Provided is a cultivation method of Unpolished Rice-Phellinus Linteus which contains abundant nutrients contained in both unpolished rice and Phellinus Linteus. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of Unpolished Rice-Phellinus Linteus comprises the steps of: preparing a spawn from Phellinus Linteus mycelium; preparing a culture medium using unpolished rice as a main ingredient; sterilizing the medium and inoculating Phellinus Linteus spawn thereinto; and growing Phellinus Linteus.
