PURPOSE: A system for transmitting a coded SMS short message is provided to download a CRM program appropriate for a business of a user by providing a CRM tool kit to the user wanting to utilize an SMS short message as a CRM tool through a CTP(Client To Phone), thereby providing an optimized service. CONSTITUTION: A communication network interface unit(4) is connected with an ISP(Internet Service Provider) network(2) and a dedicated network(3) for processing an SMS short message. An SMS(Short Message Service) transmitting server(5) and a communication server(6) realize an SMS transmitting program. An operation system constructs a sever management program(7), a client management program(8), a CRM(Client Relation Management) tool kit providing program(9), and an authentication/security program(10). A central processing unit(12) processes input and output data of the programs. A database(13) stores data. A database management system(14) processes a job related to input and output of the data. |
