RECOILER MANDREL

PURPOSE: A recoiler mandrel is provided to improve workability and to increase productivity for winding a coil around a mandrel by easily converting or maintaining an inner diameter of a coil as required by a user. CONSTITUTION: A recoiler mandrel includes a plurality of sleeve segments(13) arranged at an outer peripheral portion of a segment section(5). An elastic member is provided to elastically connect the sleeve segments(13) to each other so as to vary a diameter of a sleeve(15) formed by the sleeve segments(13). A coupling guide is accommodated in a coupled hole formed in each sleeve segment(13) so as to guide a diameter variation of the sleeve segments(13). A strip guiding plane is formed in one sleeve segment guided by the coupling guide. A gripper is arranged in opposition to the strip guiding plane so as to grip a strip(17) when increasing the diameter of the sleeve(15).
