PURPOSE: A device for controlling intake noise is provided to effectively remove intake noise by independently connecting controllers to each speaker and increasing the output of noise offset signals. CONSTITUTION: A second speaker(15) for outputting a noise offset signal is installed in one side of an intake duct(10) facing a first speaker(13). A second controller(14) for generating and supplying a noise signal supplied from a reference microphone(11) and an error microphone(12) and a noise offset signal corresponding to an error signal is independently connected to the first speaker. With the noise offset signals outputted from the first and second speakers, intake noise is removed.
