PURPOSE: A connecting device of computer peripherals wirelessly is provided to connect the peripherals wirelessly while using the peripherals connected with the wire by wirelessly connecting a serial or a parallel port connecting to a keyboard, a mouse, and a printer. CONSTITUTION: A main body connecting part(60) connects a plurality of ports for connecting the peripherals with a computer(10) one to one. A peripheral connecting part(90) has a plurality of ports for connecting the peripherals with the computer(10). A receiver(70) separates a plurality of port signals inputted from the main body connecting part(60) into each channel, converts it into a wireless signal, transmits the wireless signal, and outputs the signal received from the ports by converting the received wireless signal into each channel. A transceiver(80) converts the wireless signal of each channel transmitted from the receiver(70), outputs it to the port of the peripheral connection part(90) corresponding to the channel, converts the signal inputted from the port of the peripheral connecting part(90) into the corresponding channel, and transmits it to the receiver(70).
