PURPOSE: A skirt panel is provided to the insertion of a passenger's shoe by forming a rounded recessed portion in the surface. CONSTITUTION: A rounded recessed portion is formed in the surface of a skirt panel(6) in the same direction as the moving direction of a foothold. The recessed portion comprises plural concave portions(61a) and plural convex portions(61b). The concave and the convex portions are separated at certain intervals at a right angle to the moving direction of the foothold while extending on the surface of the skirt panel at the same direction as the moving direction of the foothold. Thereby, the insertion of a passenger's shoe in the gap between the foothold and the skirt panel is prevented by reducing the friction force between the passenger's shoe and the skirt panel.
