PURPOSE: A one step selling system and method capable of executing a B2B and a B2C simultaneously is provided to construct an electronic commerce distribution system capable of reducing a distribution stage and executing a sale through a wholesale trade and a retail sale simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: Same commodities are registered in a web site for an electronic commerce sale(S311). If a B2B selling price and a B2C selling price are set(S310), the B2C is registered in a B2C shopping mall(S314) and sold for general consumers(S315). At the same time, the B2B is automatically registered in a B2B shopping mall(S315) and sold for each company at low price(S316).
