PURPOSE: A rotary type apparatus for automatically removing ash in snout is provided to produce galvanized strip of high quality by easily real time removing scale and ash generated inside the snout during galvanizing operation and maintaining the inside of the snout cleanly. CONSTITUTION: In a snout(4) which is formed in a box shape to transfer strip(3) from annealing furnace to plating pot, and the lower part of which is submerged into the plating pot(2), the rotary type apparatus for automatically removing ash in the snout comprises a suction device(42) which is positioned on upper and lower surfaces of the strip inside the snout and comprises a rotation shaft rotated by motor, a screw is formed on the rotation shaft; and a box shaped collector(26) which is connected to one side of the suction device(42) so that the collector(26) is connected to the suction device(42), and which sucks ash inside the snout from the suction device(42) so that ash collected inside the snout is discharged, wherein the sucked ash is sent to the collector(26) so that it is discharged by sucking the ash collected inside the snout through the suction device(42), and the suction device(42) comprises vertical moving motors(29,30), screws(27,32) and a plurality of magnets.
