PURPOSE: Provided is a tobacco case which has an elastic tool and a locking tool located between a cover and a main body to open the cover automatically so that it increases convenience in opening the cover. CONSTITUTION: The tobacco case is characterized by comprising the parts of: a main body(10) which lets a locking projection(11) formed at front upper part, with forming a bending flange(12) at rear upper part; the cover(20) which is connected to the upper part of the main body, with letting a suspension sill(21) formed to attach or detach the locking projection; and a sheet spring(30) which is combined with the flange at one side and supported by the cover at the other side.
