PURPOSE: A synchronizer of a manual transmission is provided to prevent rattling noise caused by colliding with gear teeth of a speed gear and a gear for a gear level of an output shaft by constraining the fine movements of the speed gear in the speed gear idling because an elastic device having a predetermined elastic force pushes the speed gear to one direction. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer of a manual transmission is composed of a hub gear(24) fixed to an input shaft(22) of the transmission, a sleeve(26) engaged to an outer peripheral surface of the hub gear to move in an axial direction, a synchronizer ring(28) receiving an axial action force in the sleeve moving, a clutch gear(30) selectively engaged with the sleeve after friction-acting with the synchronizer ring, a speed gear(32) integrally formed with the clutch gear and engaged with each gear of a gear level of an output shaft in a constant gear ratio, and an elastic member(34) constraining the axial fine movements of the speed gear in the speed gear idling.
