PURPOSE: A statistical processing system in a PBX(Private Branch eXchange) and a method thereof are provided to mount a board performing a statistic server role in the PBX, so as to process statistical data without an additional server. CONSTITUTION: A PBX(10) provides a basic call processing function, and generates an event message for statistical processing to transmit the generated event message to a built-in statistical server(20). The built-in statistical server(20) mounted in the PBX(10) receives the event message for statistical processing from the PBX(10), and processes and stores the statistical data by using the corresponding event message. A client statistical output PC(Personal Computer)(30) outputs past data stored in the built-in statistical server(20). And the built-in statistical server(20) includes a modem function and a program capable of processing an RAS(Remote Access Server) function, to output statistics from a remote site through modem connection.
