CONCRETE RESIDUUM COLLECTOR FOR CONCRETE PUMPING CAR AND COLLECTING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A concrete residuum collector for a concrete pumping car is provided to transfer the concrete delivered from the boom of a concrete pumping car to a concrete mixer car, therefore to recycle the concrete residuum and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The process of collecting concrete residuum is composed of: connecting a coupling device and placing concrete by opening an open/close device containing a flange type hopper coupler(2) and a flange type boom coupler(4); returning the concrete remaining in a boom to a hopper; closing the open/close device; connecting a withdrawal pipe to the flange of a coupling device; discharging the concrete residuum in the hopper through the discharge gate provided with a mesh picking out the sponge inside the boom and impurities.
