PURPOSE: A portable terminal having an exchangeable front case is provided to automatically unlock a locking state of a main hooking end and a main hook when a battery pack is separated from a battery mounting unit of a back case, thereby easily separating a front case from the back case. CONSTITUTION: A front case(10) has a main hook(11). A back case(20) is detachable from the front case(10), and has a pierced hole. A battery pack(30) is mounted on a battery mounting unit of the back case(20), and has a main hooking end(31). The main hook(11) is exposed within the battery mounting unit through the pierced hole when the front case(10) is coupled with the back case(20), and is coupled with the hooking end(31) when the battery pack(30) is mounted on the battery mounting unit. When the battery pack(30) is separated from the battery mounting unit, a locking state of the main hook(11) and the main hooking end(31) is automatically unlocked.
