PURPOSE: A heat exchanger having an integrated receiver drier is provided to easily change a filter unit by installing the filter unit for removing foreign materials contained in a heat-transferring medium to a combination unit at a header pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger having an integrated receiver drier comprises first and second header pipes(21b) mutually confronted, tubes(22) installed between the header pipes, a radiation fin(23) interposed between the outer surface of the tubes, a connecting passage device combined to the first header pipe with storing a heat-exchanged heat-transferring medium and supplying a flow passage, and a filter unit combined to a combination unit connected to an outlet of the second header pipe with removing foreign materials contained in the heat-transferring medium.
