PURPOSE: A support arranging system for an artist is provided to offer a listener an opportunity for supporting fund to a favorite nameless artist and supporting activity of the nameless artist, and to offer the nameless artist an environment to do a creative work by receiving support money. CONSTITUTION: A vote for the registered artist or article is received from candidates(S801). A charge is imposed to the candidates according to the votes by referring to a preset vote price(S802). The votes are collected to each artist or article(S803). The support money is distributed to the artist or the artist creating the article according to the votes by referring to a preset ratio(S805).
