PURPOSE: To provide a disposable wearable article which gives no uncomfortable feeling to a user wearing it and certainly contains the stool in an excrement containing part. CONSTITUTION: The disposable wearable article 1A comprises a liquid permeable surface sheet 2, 3, a liquid impermeable back side sheet 4, and a liquid absorbent core 5. The core 5 is divided into a first core 5a covered with the surface sheet 2 and located on the side of a front waistline region 6 and a remaining core 5b lying between the surface and the back side sheets 3, 4 and located in a crotch region 7 and in a back waistline region 8. The first core 5a has a securing part 15 extending in the horizontal direction on the side of an end flap 11 and a remaining free part 16 whose both side edges are secured to a free side part 13b of an anti-leakage cuff 13, and the excrement containing part 21 which opens from the front waistline region 6 to the crotch region 7 is separately formed between the back side sheet 4 and the free part 16 of the first core 5.
