PURPOSE: A watch having a casing ring for a movement mounted to a case assembled with a bezel or a back cover is provided to manufacture a case section simply and economically, and to provide a watch for assembling the casing ring of a movement with the case at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A watch has a movement(2) where a dial(4) is assembled while being mounted to the inside of a casing ring(12) which is mounted into a case(14) having a glass lid(16) fixed to a bezel(20), a middle member(24), and a rear lid(22). The casing has an inner annular member that at least partially surrounds the casing ring and is surrounded by the middle member, and snap-type fitting assembly units(64,76) for connecting the rear lid to the bezel via the inner annular member. Further, the annular member is formed so that the casing ring and the middle member are positioned at corner directions. The watch has an axial slot that is open toward the rear cover, and allows an outward projecting section of the casing ring and an inner projecting section of the middle member to penetrate into the axial slot.
