<p>PURPOSE: To solve the problem that a large amount of water is used in a washing coating chamber wherein coating mist is collected by a shower in order to enhance the collection efficiency of coating mist to be circulated to the water flow plate formed to the front of the coating chamber or a shower nozzle but sludge of captured coating particles floats to the surface of the water in a water tank and the treatment of this sludge brings about the lowering of workability and, further, a flowing sound of water becomes noise not only to deteriorate a work environment but also to obstruct work. CONSTITUTION: The washing shower water in a mist treatment chamber is received by a trough and a part thereof is allowed to overflow to be adapted to the water flow plate while the remainder thereof is guided to the water tank provided to the font part of the coating chamber and allowed to outflow to be allowed to flow along the inclined surface continued to the treatment chamber to form the flow returned from a drain port to a rear water tank. By this constitution, sludge is collected in the rear water tank to facilitate maintenance.</p> |
