PURPOSE: A developing device of an electrophotographic image forming system is provided to prevent scattering of a developer such that the inside of the image forming system is not contaminated and picture quality is not deteriorated according to scatting developer. CONSTITUTION: A developing device of an electrophotographic image forming system includes a developer tank(11) containing a developer, a developing roller(15) for supplying the developer to a photosensitive roller to develop an electrostatic latent image, and a feeding roller(17) for feeding the developer to the developing roller. The developing device further includes a developer control blade(19) for charging the developer attached to the developing roller with charges, and a pair of scattering prevention rollers(100a,100b) for feeding back the developer scattering into the gap between the developing roller and the photosensitive roller to the developing roller. The pair of scattering prevention rollers are arranged in a manner that the rollers do not come into contact with each other and rotated in a direction of forming an air current, opposite to the direction of gravity.
