PURPOSE: A prefabricated handrail is provided to install a handrail to stairs or a balcony easily. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated handrail comprises: a post frame(10) installed at stairs or a balcony(B) and provided with at least a pair of brackets(12) having a primary through hole located to face each other; crevice ends(20)(20') provided with a secondary through hole corresponding to the primary through hole and fitted to the brackets(12) by a bolt; and a rail bar(30) fitted between the crevice ends(20)(20'), wherein the post frame(10) comprises at least two or more posts(11) and a rail(15) installed at the upper end or the lower end of the posts(11) by keeping an interval between posts(11).
