PURPOSE: An elevating platform is provided to accurately and safely check a working state and a processing state in a high position by using a lift moving a worker vertically and to enhance the efficiency of work by reducing the operating time of a working machine. CONSTITUTION: An elevating platform comprises: a cabin(10) supported by a lift frame(20); a lifting device moving the cabin up and down; and a controller controlling the cabin and the lift frame. The lifting device moves the cabin up and down with a chain(33) connected to an oil hydraulic cylinder(31). Herein, the oil hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the lift frame. The chain is crossly wound on a movable roller(32) and a fixed roller(34) so that one end of the chain is fixed to the lift frame and the other end is fixed to the rear end of the cabin. Since the chain is crossly wound on each roller, the cabin is vertically moved with the half of a cylinder force.
