PURPOSE: A method of implementing mobility between WLL(Wireless Local Loop) systems is provided to transmit a location register request message, a transmitting call setup request message, or a receiving call setup request message to another WLL system when a subscriber moves to another WLL system, thereby allowing mobility to the subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A BSC(Base Station Controller) analyzes a received message(30), to decide whether the message requests a receiving call setup(31). If so, the BSC refers to location information of a subscriber terminal(32), to decide whether the subscriber terminal is located within a managed area of a specific WLL system(33). If so, the BSC performs a general receiving call setup process in a WLL according to the request(34). If the subscriber terminal is out of the managed area of the specific WLL system, the BSC requests a paging to the other WLL system through internal exclusive networks between the systems(35), and performs a general receiving call setup process in a WLL of the other WLL system(36).
