PURPOSE: A method of preventing partial braking of a vehicle is provided to prevent partial braking generated by the braking pressure response time deviation of each shaft and to secure stability in traveling. CONSTITUTION: A method of preventing partial braking of a vehicle comprises steps of operating a brake pedal during traveling(20); checking pressure reaches a pressure control valve of a brake of each shaft in operating the brake pedal(21); deciding all reach pressure in checking pressure reaches the pressure control valves(22); and if pressure doesn't reach all of the pressure control valve, continuously checking pressure reach of the pressure control valves, and if pressure reaches all of the pressure control valves, opening the pressure control valves and operating the brake of each shaft at the same time(23). Accordingly, partial braking is prevented.
