PURPOSE: A method for improving desulphurization efficiency by simultaneously performing bubbling as descending an injection lance and properly injecting converter slag into plume eye in the upper part of hot metal, thereby improving permanent desulphurization reaction in pretreatment desulphurization process is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a method for desulphurization-refining hot metal using CaO based and CaC2 based desulphurizers in hot metal pretreatment process, the method for desulphurization-refining hot metal comprises the processes of simultaneously performing bubbling of hot metal as descending a lance before desulphurization treatment so that the plume eye part of hot metal is formed, and consistently injecting converter slag particles into the plume eye part for 5 to 12 minutes in an injection quantity of 1.0 to 2.5 kg per 1 ton of hot metal; and injecting the desulphurizers into hot metal after completing bubbling, wherein the converter slag has a grain size of 1 to 10 mm and contains 15 to 35 wt.% of FeO, 35 to 50 wt.% of CaO, 5 to 18 wt.% of SiO2, and 5 to 12 wt.% of MgO.
