PURPOSE: A structure of a cooking chamber for a steam oven is provided to quickly and uniformly cook dish by using high temperature steam. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary water tank supplies drinking water. A boiler(130) heats the drinking water and steam by passing a steam supply tube(120) through an air hole in a heat exchanger. A cooking chamber(110) receives high temperature steam from the main steam supply tube, and cooks dish. A burner heats the heat exchanger in the boiler. A control panel(135) controls the burner. A guide(113) is formed at both sides of the cooking chamber. A tray(114) slides on the guide, and has a plurality of holes(115). A drain tube(116) is installed at the lower part of the cooking chamber, and drains condensate. A pressure discharging tube(117) removes vapor pressure. The steam supply tube(120) is installed at the rear center of the cooking camber, and has a plurality of nozzles(121).
