PURPOSE: Provided is an underwater curing polymer resin composition which is protected from the lowering of insulation property due to CO2, stable to moisture and possessed with enhanced hardness because a blowing agent is not used. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 10-30wt.% of Greenol, 0.1-5wt.% of TEDA, 10-20wt.% of DPG(1000, 750, 280), 1-10wt.% of polyesterpolyol, 1-10wt.% of polyetherpolyol, 1-10wt.% of DEG, 0.1-5wt.% of DBTDL, 10-20wt.% of DMEA, 0.1-5wt.% of B8404, 5-15wt.% of CaCO3, 5-15wt.% of SiO2, 0.1-5wt.% of 1,4-butanediol, 1-10wt.% of ethylene oxide and 5-15wt.% of glycerol. |
