PURPOSE: An SRM driving circuit is provided to be capable of driving a fan of an air-conditioner using a FET device for performing a switch operation in the SRM driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of motor coils(A',B',C') are configured such that a rotator of a motor forms a magnetic force. A plurality of transistors(Q1',Q2',Q3') supply a voltage so that each motor coil generates a magnetic force. A plurality of N-channel FETs(FET1,FET2,FET3) perform a switch operation so that a magnetic force is generated to the motor coils. A plurality of zener diodes(ZD1,ZD2,ZD3) are connected with corresponding N-channel FETs respectively so as to stabilize a gate voltage of a corresponding N-channel FET.
