PURPOSE: A plug for converter tapping hole is provided to prevent tapping flow from spreading out by easily reinforcing a partially worn out part inside the inner diameter of tapping hole and prevent slag from being mixed with molten steel in ladle by filling flux in main body part of plug to minimize outflow of slag before outflow of molten steel during initial tapping. CONSTITUTION: In a converter tapping hole plug used for preventing slag from flowing out to ladle during initial tapping, the plug for converter tapping hole is characterized in that the plug(6) is consisted of three parts of plug main body(63), wear pipe(62) and reinforcement(61), and flux(66) is filled in the main body(63), wherein the wear pipe(62) is connected to plug main body(63) by selectively controlling the length of the wear pipe(62).
