RECEIVER DRIER VOLUME DECISION METHOD AND RECEIVER DRIER-INTEGRATED CONDENSER HAVING VOLUME DECIDED BY METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A receiver drier volume decision method and a receiver drier-integrated condenser having volume decided by the method are provided to prevent badness brazing caused by heat capacity, in brazing a condenser and receiver drier assemblies. CONSTITUTION: In a receiver drier-integrated condenser, receiver drier(300) is integrally installed to a condenser(100). The condenser includes a condenser core(140) having a first header tank(110), a second header tank(120), plural tubes connecting the first header tank and the second header tank, and plural heat exchange fins layered between the tubes. Support plates are layered on the outermost sides of the condenser core, to reinforce the condenser core. The inside of the first header tank is divided into plural compartments(111-114) by plural baffles(115). The inside of the second header tank is divided into plural compartments(121¯124) by plural baffles(125). The receiver drier is integrally installed to the second header tank longitudinally through brazing. A liquid refrigerant storage tank(310) forming the lower end part of the receiver drier is communicated with the eighth compartment of the second header tank through a lower outlet(340). An upper inlet(320) is communicated with the top compartment of the second header tank and the lower inlet is communicated with the seventh compartment of the second header tank.
