PURPOSE: Plate mounting structure for charging filler is provided to restrict deformation by enduring pressure in foaming, to assemble easily by simplifying the assembling portion of the clip, and to shut off noise by improving filling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing panel(3) is installed between a side outer panel(1) and a side inner panel(2), and a guide flange(11) is bent and formed integrally under the upper part of the reinforcing panel. An assembling flange(12) is integrally formed at the side of the reinforcing panel and composed of a fitting sill. A filler charge plate(10) is formed smaller than the hollow between the side inner panel and the reinforcing panel. A foaming pad fixing groove is formed around a plastic plate(16), and a guide groove(13) opening the inlet is formed horizontally in the upper part of the plastic plate. An assembling clip is combined with the assembling flange, and formed in the end of the filler charge plate. The forming pad fixing groove is formed in the upper part of the assembling clip, and a flange insertion groove is formed in the lower part. The foaming pad is fixed in the foaming pad fixing groove, and the filler charge plate is combined with the reinforcing panel. The filler hollow is closed by foaming with applying heat.
