PURPOSE: A knuckle press machine is provided to achieve a smooth shearing surface of an article by fixedly pressing a peripheral portion of a processing part of a plate when performing a blanking process. CONSTITUTION: Length of an upper link(60) is longer than length of a lower link(70). A slider(80) is coupled to a lower end of the lower link(70). A lower frame(110) is positioned below the slider(80). A plate pressing device, which is connected to a hydraulic pressure generator(150) through hydraulic hoses(151), is provided on the lower frame(110). The plate pressing device includes cylinder holes(161,161') formed at a lower portion of the slider(80) and an upper portion of the lower frame(110), respectively, a plurality of first vertical pins(163) formed at a lower surface of a piston(162) accommodated in the cylinder hole(161) of the slider(80), a plurality of second vertical pins(163') formed at an upper portion of a piston(163) accommodated in the cylinder hole(161') of the lower frame(110).
