LOW-POWER MULTI-STAGE OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER WITH WIDE INPUT RANGE

PURPOSE: A low-power multi-stage operational amplifier with a wide input range is provided to drive stably an AB level output terminal without using an additional level shifter. CONSTITUTION: A low-power multi-stage operational amplifier includes a push-pull differential input part(40) and an AB level output part(30). The push-pull differential input part is formed with an N-type differential amplifier(40a) and a P-type differential amplifier(40b). The N-type differential amplifier has a non-inversion terminal connected to the first signal input terminal and an inversion terminal connected to the second signal input terminal. The AB level output part has a pMOS(M7) and an NMOS(M6) connected between a positive power supply portion and a negative power supply portion and an output terminal(Vout) formed at a connection node of the pMOS(M7) and the nMOS(M6). The first output terminal of the N-type differential amplifier is connected to a gate terminal of the pMOS(M7). The second output terminal of the P-type differential amplifier(40b) is connected to a gate terminal of the nMOS.
