PURPOSE: A super capacitor is provided to utilize a ruthenium oxide material having a high non-electrostatic capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A super capacitor comprises an electrode, sulfuric electrolyte and porous separator. The electrode is formed by coating an amorphous ruthenium oxide with a conductive material and a bonding agent on a titanium collector. The amorphous ruthenium oxide is formed by synthesizing a ruthenium oxide by a sol-gel fabrication method using an alkali solution including a sodium hydroxide, rinsing and drying the synthesized ruthenium oxide and annealing a resultant structure at a temperature of 100 to 150 degrees. |
