PURPOSE: An automatic leveling device of a washing machine is provided to improve convenience, and to reduce noise and vibration by leveling the washing machine easily and accurately with adjusting the height of the front left and right legs only without adjusting rear parts. CONSTITUTION: An automatic leveling device of a washing machine comprises elongated guide holes(100a,100b) inclined vertically and formed in both rear parts of an outer case(1); an interlocking bar(4) having guide slots(400a,400b) between elongated guide holes; left and right legs(5a,5b) installed to guide slots formed in both ends of the interlocking bar; left and right pins(6a,6b) penetrating guide slots, elongated guide holes and ends of legs, and lifting up and down along elongated guide holes or moving right and left along guide slots in applying reaction force from the bottom to both legs; and elastic members(7a,7b) fixed in left and right ends of the interlocking bar and left and right legs to apply restoring force to legs for the center of the interlocking bar. The convenience and the reliability are improved by adjusting the front legs with leveling rear parts automatically. |
