PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for making cultivation soil for mushrooms which inhibits the growth of other bacteria and provides optimal condition for the cultivation of mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for making cultivating soil for mushrooms is characterized by comprising a casing having an inlet and outlet for air at its upper surface, a stirring chamber in its inside and an inlet and outlet for water at its lower part; a water spraying pipe; first and second stirring members; cold and hot air pipe; and a heat exchanging chamber.
