PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing process and a classification of foods using four states, thereby manufacturing foods which are suitable for physical constitutions of human beings. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process and a classification of foods using four states comprises the steps of: classifying food ingredients by four states, such as Tae-eum, Tae-yang, So-yang and So-eum; washing the classified ingredients; combination of the ingredients together; and pulverizing the combination thereof and adding water thereto. |
