PURPOSE: Structure of a shape-variable turbo charger and a control method thereof are provided to obtain optical intake pressure by move a turbine blade of a turbo charger with engine oil. CONSTITUTION: Structure of a shape-variable turbo charger comprises a compressor housing(10) having a compressor blade(20), a turbine housing(10') having a turbine blade(20') rotating by the exhaust gas discharged from an engine, a variable shaft actuating unit(30) axially connecting the compressor blade with the turbine blade, a hydraulic actuating unit(40) changing the length of the variable shaft actuating unit, first and second hydraulic supply lines(50,50') supplying engine oil to the hydraulic actuating unit and returning the engine oil to an oil pan, and a hydraulic selective supply control unit(60) controlling selectively the first and second hydraulic supply lines.
