PURPOSE: A skirt panel is provided to the insertion of a passenger's shoe by forming a rounded rotating member in the surface. CONSTITUTION: Rounded rotating members are rotated on the surface of a skirt panel(6) at the same direction as the moving direction of a foothold. The rotating members are plural cylindrical rotating rods(61) to be rotated centering around rotating shafts(61a). The rotating shafts are separated at certain intervals at the same direction as the moving direction of the foothold while installing on the surface of the skirt panel at a right angle to the moving direction of the foothold. Thereby, the insertion of a passenger's shoe in the gap between the foothold and the skirt panel is prevented by reducing the friction force between the passenger's shoe and the skirt panel.
