PURPOSE: An air conditioner air flow control device of a bus is provided to automatically control air flow by increasing the rheostat of a blower and reducing the rotational frequency of the blower. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner air flow control device of a bus comprises a sensing unit(110) installed inside an air duct, to sense air flow of the inside of the air duct; an rheostat(130) connected to a blower(120) blowing air to the air duct; a relay(140) selectively connecting the rheostat to the blower; and a control unit(150) selectively switching the relay on/off according to the value of the sensing unit and controlling the rotational frequency of the blower. Thus, the air flow is automatically controlled.
