PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing scale inside conductor roll in electrogalvanizing process is provided to improve circulation of cooling water by collecting scale by passing cooling water discharged together with scale after conductor roll cooling through collecting meshes and discharging the collected scale to the outside. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a main body which is formed in a cylindrical structure consisting upper body(12) and lower body(11), on the lower part of which an inlet pipe(16) is mounted so that cooling water is flown in through the inlet pipe, and at one side of the upper part of which an outlet pipe(17) for discharging cooling water and a discharge pipe(18) for discharging scale are installed so that the main body is installed at one side of a supply line for supplying cooling water into the conductor roll; a scale collection part comprising cylindrical collecting meshes(70,78) arranged between the inlet pipe and outlet pipe inside the main body to filter scale so that scale(8) contained in cooling water is filtered; and a discharge part comprising a shaft rotationally installed on the fixed plates with being inserted into the center of each fixed plates installed an end of the collecting meshes, a clutch(65) installed in front of one side of the shaft, a driving motor(53) fixed to the side surface of the lower body, a clutch(91) installed at rotation shaft of the driving motor so that the clutch(91) is engaged with the clutch(65) of the shaft in case that the collecting meshes are rotated by operation of switch means, a brush installed at the shaft to clean the inner surface of the collecting meshes, scale discharge pipe installed at the main body and connected to collecting can, and a switch means for switching scale collecting operation and scale discharging operation as occasion demands so that scale collected in the scale collection part is discharged to the outside.
