PURPOSE: A method for deciding a production place is provided to decide the optimum production place by drawing the optimum plan for an amount distribution using a quantification of product information based on a production cost and a cost item. CONSTITUTION: A product is selected for recognizing a production place, and data with respect to a product and a production place are collected(S11). The collected data are analyzed, and quantification of the data is executed(S12). The number of productive products is calculated in accordance with the data(S13). The optimum number of productive products in the production place is calculated by analyzing the information with respect to the product and the production place(S14). An operating rate, sensitivity, and prime cost item of the production place are analyzed(S15).
