PURPOSE: A process of constructing a floor is provided to decrease a magnetic field by grounding electron waves caused by electrical appliances and improve adiabatic effect, also to cut off the toxicity of cement. CONSTITUTION: The process of constructing a floor is composed of: attaching lining paper(2) on a floor(1) and drying the lining paper; papering dampproof paper to prevent the formation of moisture; laying aluminum board(4); constructing laminated floor paper to the floor. Aluminum has high malleability and ductility, therefore easy to process and cuts off the affection of a water vein, also having heat conductivity, consequently keeping a room warm enough in the winter time and cool in the summer time.
