PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of antibacterial filter is provided, which can tightly adherent hard wood charcoal raw material and synthetic fiber thus maximizing antibacterial activity and deodorizing activity, so that the filter can easily remove any foreign and harmful matter and prevent any propagation of microbe such as mold and bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of immobilizing 20 to 30 wt.% of hard wood charcoal powder to 65 to 80 wt.% of synthetic fiber to obtain a hard wood charcoal synthetic fiber, wherein ultrasonic wave and 1 to 5 wt.% of synthetic polymer additive are used for immobilization; needling punching the hard wood charcoal synthetic fiber to produce antibacterial filter with three dimensional arrangement of 1 to 4 mm thickness; and folding the antibacterial filter into zigzag form at 115 to 135 deg.C for 4 to 8 min.
